Cargo Captain was founded to offer what experienced shippers value most and find hardest to get: one accountable person, independent advice and straight answers.
Why we started

We chose to be carrier-neutral from the start. Without a fleet of our own to fill, our recommendation for each shipment can be the right one rather than the convenient one: the carrier, route and mode that suit your cargo, your deadline and your budget.
We are deliberately not the largest forwarder you could choose. We aim to be the one that answers the phone, knows your shipment without being briefed twice, and tells you about a problem before you discover it yourself.
The team
Not an account team you never meet. These are the people who quote, book and follow your shipments, and you can reach them directly.

How we operate
Every shipment has one named owner at Cargo Captain, from quote to close-out. When something needs a decision, you know who will make it.
We have no vessels, aircraft or trucks to fill. Carriers earn our business shipment by shipment, on reliability, compliance and price.
Quotes are itemised, scope is explicit, and changes are confirmed before they happen. Our terms are published on this site, not hidden in small print.
Delays and problems are part of freight. Hiding them is not. You will hear from us first, with the facts and the options.
Credentials
What we hold, stated precisely. We list only what can be verified.
